The five DBS facts Kadim stores
For each person who has been checked, Kadim stores five facts and no more. The certificate itself is never stored, the certificate number is encrypted, and every access is written to an audit log. The wider discussion is in DBS and safeguarding in Kadim .

Levels

| Enhanced | The highest level. Only an enhanced check satisfies a role that requires enhanced DBS |
A role that requires enhanced DBS fails closed on anything less: the placement is refused unless a current enhanced check is on record at that mosque.

Status words on the dashboard
The compliance register shows each person a status chip. The counters at the top sum the whole mosque.

Where the evidence came from
A verified status records how it was evidenced: a certificate seen at this mosque, a consent-gated DBS Update Service status check run by this mosque, or a paper check a trustee recorded and attests they saw. A recording never reaches into or copies another mosque’s records.
